While I was selling off some special tooling I'd made during the filming of our Restoration Series, a gent asked me if I had a degree wheel for the Aermacchi Sprint.

Degree wheels are pretty non-specific; a degree is pretty much a degree.  About the only thing that changes is the shaft and outside diameter.  Many old Triumph shop manuals came with a paper degree wheel you could mount to a scrap of aluminum, (or wood, or whatever -- my Uncle once used cardboard!) and make your own.

So, in the spirit of the old Brits, here is a Degree Wheel you can download and print out, to mount as you see fit.  As you can see...

I've included a few different sizes, of which the 6" and 4.5" sizes will probably be the most practical.  I mostly included the others just for the fun of it.  I despise blank spaces...

I printed it out on a sheet of Avery #8665 clear label stock, and applied it to a scrap sheet of aluminum.  It makes a nice looking unit -- when I get a moment, I'll put some photos up.

Just click on the picture to go to a full-size .jpg that you can copy and print.

I can print out a copy on Avery #8665 label stock, package and mail it (in the US) all for the princely sum of $6.50.

Enjoy!
