Welcome to our Motorcycle Section! We've given in and are making more Special Tools for more models! Click on the highlighted words to go to our Tooling pages, and see what we have to offer. If you need tooling for a particular bike, contact us and let us know your needs. We'll do our best to help. We're always looking for more engines to make tools for, and hope to expand our list greatly in the near future. Most of you reading this have your own projects going. Why not take a look at our Viewer's Restoration projects page to see what other folks are up to? And please, feel free to send in pics of your projects, in whatever stage. We're a little behind in posting them, but soon this page should have some new material!
We also want to offer freebies that you might find helpful. To that end, we're offering a printable Degree Wheel, which you can modify to fit pretty much any engine, and a Case / Stud Layout Form that will help keep your data organized and available when taking measurements. (If you don't know how to do case measurements, check out Toolmaking & Restoration, our 'prequel' to the Restoration Series. There's lots of other good stuff in there, too.) And about that Restoration Series... We're been working on a DVD series for the Restoration Enthusiast, in which we hope to cover the rebuild and restoration of two vintage / classsic motorcycles, a '64 BSA B-40, and a '67 Yamaha YL1-E. These are great bikes, and we can't wait to share the fun of restoring them with you in this series. (click on the highlighted titles to see the bikes and / or progress) Time constraints have kept us from completing this series as fast as we would have liked, but work continues!
